During this Spring Festival holiday, my family and I chose to visit Beijing. We specially arranged a day trip to visit the famous millennium ancient temple Hongluo Temple in Beijing. Hongluo Temple is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, a Buddhist temple with a long history. It is said that the temple was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of thousands of years. The temple retains many ancient buildings and cultural relics, which makes people feel the weight of Chinese traditional culture. While walking the temple, I seem to be able to hear the Buddhist chanting of the ancients. The whole temple is beautifully set, and the red snails in the pond are leisurely swimming around, which makes the temple more beautiful. We visited the main attractions in the temple, the most famous of which is the "Seeing Building". This three-story pagoda is located between the mountains and has a unique style. Atop the pagoda overlooking the entire Hongluo Temple and the surrounding scenery. Standing on a high point, you can feel the peace of mind as if you are in harmony with the world. In addition to the viewing attractions, we have participated in some activities held in the temple, such as Buddhist lectures and meditation experiences. These activities gave us a better understanding of Buddhist culture and a sense of calm and tranquility in the temple. After a day of sightseeing at Hongluo Temple, we drove away with satisfaction. This trip gave me a deeper understanding of Beijing's ancient culture, and also spent an unforgettable and warm Spring Festival holiday with my family.
