Shoukang Palace is located on the west side of Cining Palace, on the west side of the Palace Palace. It was built in 13 years of Qinghui Zheng (1735) and was completed in the first year of Qianlong (1736), and was renovated in 25 years of Jiaqing (1820) and 16 years of Guangxu (1890).
