A studio gallery on the green campus of Scripps College (Scripps College), with an active exhibition and lecture series, is located on the vast lawn, olive trees and bushes. Among the most unique stars in their current “Asian Art Treasures at Scripps College” (August 31-December 15, 2019) is the Indian Ivory Miniature Sculpture at Dennison Library College. The gallery is open from December 5-5, Wednesday. Free admission on Sunday. The exhibition's stunning works, though small, highlight the depth and breadth of Asian art at Scripps College. Sculptures are dotted throughout the campus, such as Harriet Tuberman's small bronze (full-size works in Brooklyn) in adjoining courtyards.
