I wish I would have spent $500 on an honest and friendly company.I spent around $500 for two jet skis for my family. The experience was great, but I wish I would have given my business to another company. We were promised a complimentary video at the end of our trip which I never received. I figured there was a mistake with my contact info so I called to follow up...When I called to request the video for the 3rd time I was met with annoyance, disrespect, and was interrupted throughout the conversation. I have never been so disrespected by an employee in my life. The person I was speaking to is the woman who works the front counter.The reason I was calling for the video is because unfortunately I have no photos/video of my own to remember this experience with my family. When I asked our guide to take photos of us with my phone he insisted he take them with his phone instead as he would be documenting the jet ski tour and we would receive a video of the experience after it was over.I was simply following up on a promise that was made to us. It's disheartening when you put your trust into a business that is promising something they cant deliver to the customer and on top of that you are not treated with kindness, understanding, or respect.
