    Large Stones, Narrow Canyon

This is an archaeological site near Cuzco, and is one of the largest Huacas (Holy Places). The Quechua name “Qenko” means labyrinth, and in ancient times it was believed that the place was built to in...

Nice enough but not stand out

Probably worth a visit but not my favourite around Cusco. The cave part is the most interesting bit and the stones are okay but better elsewhere.

A little adventure to ruins close to Cusco

Hike from Cusco to Sacsayhuaman and continue only about 15 minutes further to explore Q'enqo. Small ruins but worth the visit on the way back to Cusco. Easy to hail a taxi back to town.
