The temple is unassuming from the outside, but on the inside it is well lit and has a pleasant beckoning energy. Music is not blasted as it is in the Shivan temple opposite this one. It is peaceful and less commercialised. I recommend going to both temples, but I personally stayed longer in this one, though the architecture of the Shivan temple was more ancient.

A very beautiful Indian temple, the style is completely different from the Chinese temple. A very exquisite building also attracts many believers in Penang to worship here, and of course attracts many tourists.
The Marianman Temple is located on Peteel Road, Penang, Malaysia, built in 1883. It is a typical South Indian temple. The statue of Marianman is beautifully decorated with gold, silver and emerald. At the entrance of the temple is a tall tower, full of sculptures of various characters, vivid and colorful. The Dabaosen Festival, held every January, starts from this temple.
