Morigenji is a temple located in Hatajuku, Hakone. The location is at the entrance of Ichirizuka on the old Tokaido and up the steep stairs. The landmark is that many red Daikokuten no Tsubo stands on the stairs. According to the temple, the main hall was rebuilt due to many disasters.

This is Morigenji Temple in Hakone Hatajuku, and it is Mr. Daikoku of Hakone Seven Lucky Gods. This is Daikokuten in Hatajuku, which is famous for its yogi work. It's right next to the bus stop at Hatajuku, so it's easy to go by bus, and there is a fairly large parking lot at the Yoroki Kaikan, so you can drive. I have been visiting the Seven Lucky Gods every New Year since 2009, but this year I chose Hakone. On Saturday, the three consecutive holidays in January, I arrived at Hakone Yumoto by Odakyu romance car from Shinjuku at 8:30 am. From the station, take the Hakone Tozan Bus to Motohakone Port on the Old Highway Line, and first aim for Morigenji Temple where Daikokuten is located. Since it is an old highway, the road width is narrow and the bus goes slowly while being careful of passing each other. It takes about 20 minutes to arrive at Hatajuku, the nearest bus stop. There is a stone steps in front of the bus stop and Daikokuten Red ... on both sides.
