Xue Rengui Cold Kiln

Xue Rengui Han Kiln is located in Xiu Village, Hejin City, Yuncheng City. The Han Kiln sits east to west and is no more than 3 meters in length, width and height. It was the place where King Xue Rengui and Liu Yinghuan lived in the past. The kang and stove traces in the kiln were rebuilt in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. A historian once said, "Zhuge Liang's thatched reeds, Du Fu's thatched cottages, Xue Rengui's cold kilns" are rare historical cultures of the Three Colds in the history of our country. The cold kiln in the scenic area was the place where Xue Rengui and Liu Yinghuan lived together. In the cold kiln, there is a disused spinning wheel and some shabby daily necessities such as pots and pans. On the wall is a picture of a bow and arrow that was used by Xue Dingshan, the son of Xue Rengui, to shoot geese when he was young (imitation). The left-hand hut in the cold kiln is designed as a storage room.
