It was a light rainy weather. There is a cane at the entrance of the approach. It is easier to borrow without hesitation. あきる野市を見下ろす山の中腹にそびえ立つ立派な大仏です。 麓の霊園近くの駐車場は駐車料金として500円かかりますが、 拝観料はかかりません。 舗装された坂道を10分ほど登ります。日本人の家族連れ以外にも 東南アジア（タイかな？）の方も見受けられました。 地元野菜等の販売所もあり、観光に力をいれているようです。 駅からはけっこう遠いです。

イケメン大仏

塩澤山宝光寺に2018年4月に建立されました。ここには大昔に傷を負った鹿が鉱泉で癒していたという由来を持つ鹿の湯があり、それから名づけられた像の高さ12メートルの奈良の大仏の次に大きな大仏様です。全貌公開は10月10日の予定で、今現在は事前降下となっています。ふもとの駐車場からウッドチップの敷かれた坂道を上がりますので、暑い時期には体調に気をつけてください。参拝料はいりませんが、駐車場代が500円...
