Nice to visit at miscanthus season
The chairlift to Masumizu highland is fun and very safe, but attractions up there are not that much. We are lucky to come at the season of miscanthus (Japanese Silver Grass), stunning by the view o...
When I went to Oyama, I got on the Tenku lift on the Suzumi Kogen. It is a green season limited business lift that hangs on the left side from the foot of "Oyama Masumizu Kogen Snow Park". The regular fee is round trip 1, 000 yen. It was 600 yen using a unique discount coupon from Tottori Prefecture attached to the regional coupon for national travel support. If it is a regular fee, it feels expensive. It's a small amount when you look for it online, but you can find a discount ticket immediately, so it's wise to google when you ride. Well ...
Oyama is shaped like a folding screen that spreads sideways when viewed from the Okayama side, but when viewed from the Yonago side, it looks like Mt. Fuji. This plateau can be seen nearby. There is a large free parking lot and the plateau itself is vast, so people 々 who relax in the foot of Oyama are gathered. I think the best season is autumn leaves.
If you go to the top by lift, you can overlook Yumigahama. There is a space where you can relax, such as chairs and sofas, at the top, and you can enjoy it with your lover as well as with your friends. It would be a nicer space when hot drinks are served. It is about 2 minutes by car from Makiba Miruku no Sato, so it is recommended to go as a set.
I went to the sky lift on the Suzumi plateau. The weather was good and it was good to see Yumigahama and Yonago cityscape beautifully from the top of the lift.

A sacred place for lovers who can see Yumigahama
