Sideng Village, Shaxi Town, Jianchuan County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province, was once a very influential market town on the ancient tea horse road. The clear waves of the Heiqi River are quietly flowing, and the banyan trees in the ancient market stand silently, witnessing the lively and quietness of the ancient village, and witnessing its prosperity again. In 2001, Sideng Village Sideng Street was selected for the World List of Memorial Architecture Heritage Protection; in 2012, Sideng Village was included in the first batch of traditional Chinese villages. Sideng Street is located in Shaxi Town, Jianchuan County, Dali Prefecture, and is the only surviving market on the tea horse ancient road.
