Since I came to Karuizawa for sightseeing with my family, I stopped by a museum with a nice atmosphere. A collaboration between a wonderful painter and a wonderful architect. It was a nice day, so after watching the paintings, I went out to the courtyard and enjoyed the building carefully. I would like to go every summer. Excellent!!!

When I was staying in Karuizawa, I went around several museums. The wonderful and unique architecture in the green was impressive. A Hirosuke Tazaki exhibition was held to commemorate the year of birth １２０.

I visited here while I was visiting because there are many museums in Karuizawa. While Tazaki's works were on display, I could feel the natural atmosphere of Karuizawa, and at the end I was able to spend a calm time in the coffee shop. I definitely want to visit to feel Karuizawa again.

It is a museum in a quiet place surrounded by villas. The work of painter Hirosuke Tazaki was on display. To be honest, I didn't really understand this painter until I came here, but I was fascinated by the beautiful landscape paintings of Shinshu such as Mt. Asama and Yatsugatake. It is a place where I was able to re-recognize the good nature of Shinshu.
