Mosque

Located on Tuanjie Road, Korla City, also known as Tuanjie Mosque, Korla City, built in 1981. The Great Temple Summoning Hall is 20 meters high and 9 meters long and wide. The Summoning Building is 136 square meters and the building area is 734 square meters. It is the largest mosque in Korla and can accommodate thousands of people at the same time. From the outside, the temple's gate building is very tall, with eight windows on both sides; the passage is also very spacious, making the building unique and very beautiful.

It has a strong exotic religious tradition, and there are a few small shops around, especially the Uighur people's residences, there are specialty dried fruit, specialty cakes like nests, and roasted whole lamb!

The gate is 25 meters high and divided into 7 floors. The walls of the temple are painted with traditional Islamic decorations and the book has the Quran. The temple can accommodate 7,000 people. The temple is located in the old city, within walking distance.

Korla Grand Mosque is one of the ancient halal temples in Xinjiang. The construction period is unknown. The overall building is a typical Islamic architectural style. There are large halls, stone drums and so on.
