I like this dam park so much. I came twice in three days. I walked on the dam. It was spacious and flat. There were mountains and lakes. The scenery was pleasant. If it was winter, I could see the seagulls.
Every winter, to feed the red-billed oysters in Dianchi Lake, it has become a must-check event for the trip to Kunming. "Feed" and "Look" are two completely different feelings, the experience of interacting with the seagulls will always be engraved in your memory. The seagulls in Dianchi Lake are especially not afraid of people, and like to eat the food in their hands, which is very different from the seagulls in other places, and therefore especially popular. There are mainly two types of grains, one is the granular ones officially sold on the dam, suitable for feeding on the platform of the railing, and there is also a banana-shaped cake, which is very fragrant and oily. It is suitable for feeding in your hands. You can take pictures and make pictures. You can also take pictures of kissing seagulls in your mouth. But there is a little risk. On the choice of time, there are really no people around 8 o'clock in the morning. The seagulls are waiting on the railings early, but most days there will be morning fog in Xishan, the sky is slightly gray, the color of the photo is not very good, and the sky is bluer in the afternoon. The seagull season in Dianchi Lake is particularly lively every year, and the food street separated from the sea stem dam is also a prosperous business. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, I hurried to find food. I searched nearby and found this one. The name is very tall. In fact, it was opened in the last store in this food street. The boss and the aunt in the store were very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, some things were late and some things had been sold out. I ordered salmon and pig feet, which are all rice-covered. The salmon is a roasted fish made of pickled, and the taste is a bit heavy. I forgot to take my glasses after dinner. I remembered it after feeding the seagulls. I quickly went back to find it. I was lucky. I finally found it with the help of the aunt in the store!
The dam built along Dianchi Lake has a particularly good view, opposite the Xishan Mountain. Unfortunately, I came in May and I couldn't see the seagulls.
The small cableway in the upper Xishan Mountain is also fun. This cableway is too expensive. The scenery is to see three people in Wuhu. It is 300 fast. It takes about ten minutes to reach the top. The elderly over 60 are not half price. It is still more expensive.
Haitang Dam is a good choice for Kunming to see seagulls. The place is spacious and there are no tickets. It is alternately spring and summer, and the pink rhododendrons next to the dam are very beautiful. The air on the dam is also much better than in the city. Thousands of red-billed lizards fly here from far Siberia each winter, attracting millions of tourists to visit the spectacular sight. The dam is very wide and long, and parking is very convenient. There are many new people who come here to take pictures of the exterior. The wind on the dam is very strong. It is very comfortable to blow Dianchi Lake in summer. Remember to wear more in winter and it is colder. In 1985, a group of white angels came to Kunming from far Siberia, and the citizens of Kunming brought food from their homes to feed them; then every winter they never abandoned the Dianchi Lake and Cuihu Lake in Kunming. Every winter, the citizens came to feed the seagulls.
