Originally a temple in Okazaki, Mikawa, it has moved to Kuwana. The old cathedral was burned down by the air raid of the Pacific War. The principal image is called Toobuki Nyorai because the "Amida Nyorai standing statue" is expressed by teeth.
Sangming Bieyuan, Hongtu Zhenzong Benyuan Temple
It has a large precincts and makes you think of it as a Nishibetsuin. The statue of Amida Nyorai, the principal image, is a cultural property designated by Kuwana City. In the graveyard is the grave of Heitayu Watanabe, the author of "Kuwana Nikki".
