Lake Tekapo Located between Christchurch and Queenstown, the famous tourist city on New Zealand's South Island, the eastern tip of the South Alps belongs to the glacier Lake Tekapo Lake is the second largest lake in the MacKenzie Basin from north to south, relying on the Drey River to replenish water sources above sea level. 700 meters basin area can reach 83 square kilometers of Tekapo Lake surrounded by mountains, magnificent scenery, calm waves, basically no waves, the lake water is always very special dark blue, it is very suitable for fishing, boating or water skiing and other projects, and it is a good place for palm and rainbow trout fishing.
