Small art museum
This museum shows Finnish art from the 1850s to the present. It is located in an old 18th-century barracks of Lappeenranta Fortress. On our visit, the exhibition was more contemporary.
A small museum which we had all to ourselves when we visited in May. A good place to visit if you are interested in the particular exhibition on display at the time.
Been here once, a bit small, but quite enough for my art-taste. Changing exhibitions, excellent custommer service. Free entrance on the first Fridays of every (or most?) month.
