One of a number of historic religious buildings in the quartier bourgneuf
This abbey can be seen on walk around the quartier bourgneuf, which contains a number of buildings which reflect Lucon's history as a religious centre.
Place of collection
We went through this building in Lucón, we were looking for an architectural place. He has nothing, but he is a place of collection and prayer.
A welcome place
The first is to enter a small court that gives access to Carmel de Luçon and the Saint Therese Chapel through two independent doors one of the other.

The carmel chapel, built from 1851 to 1856, will be equipped with various 1973-1974 and 1997 to meet Vatican II concile's liturgical request.
