Monument of Sashiba
Original Text
I visited before the monument was dismantled. The Sashiba monument was large and powerful. It's a pity that it has been dismantled due to its aging now.
It's a little east of Cape Shiratori. In the photo a little earlier, this observatory is supposed to be a unique observatory shaped like a sashiba, but the upper part has been dismantled due to aging. Maintenance and management of places affected by salt damage is difficult.
The shape of the observatory has changed and it's a moment.

I remember the observatory in the photos such as the guidebook, and I was confused with it because there were no birds. However, it has the function as an observatory and can be seen. It is quite high from the coast and can be seen far away
There was a statue of Sashiba when I went there before, but this time it disappeared. When I asked the uncle who sold shells for mobile sales (?), It seems that it was demolished due to aging. Although it is only a staircase and an observatory, the stairs are superb with a view.
The view is good here. But there are no birds. I came without knowing the situation, and there is no explanation in the field? ?? ?? state. I looked it up later and found out. The bird seems to have taken off.

No sashiba.
