- The eSIM QR code must be activated within its validity period. Expired eSIMs cannot be used and are non-refundable.
- Once the eSIM QR code is issued or if the eSIM cannot be used due to device incompatibility, cancellation, exchange, or refund are not permitted.
- Each eSIM can be used only on one device and cannot be transferred to another phone.
- When activating the eSIM, please disable international roaming on your original SIM card.
- 5G signals may switch to 4G depending on location (e.g. indoors, subway stations, crowded areas). This is normal.
- Network speed may vary depending on location and conditions. Minimum speed is not guaranteed.
- To maintain network quality, the carrier may apply fair usage policies for excessive data usage within a short period, which may result in reduced speed or temporary suspension.
- If your phone was purchased in the United States, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines, please confirm that it is SIM-unlocked with your original carrier. No refunds will be issued for devices that are SIM-locked.
- To avoid roaming charges, please contact your home carrier before departure to disable international roaming.
- Mobile network coverage and speed may vary depending on local network conditions.
- No additional compensation will be provided, including roaming fees, alternative SIM purchases, or transportation costs.
