Challenging but rewarding hike- too longer than expected and we are both young and fit used to hiking. Would recommend you take a compression bandage if you have one as we saw a few snakes on the path...

Lovely walk from Arcadia to Nell Bay, really beautiful scenery Nice and relaxed done at your own speed

Hard walk, good fitness required, but worth the pain for the gain of great views of Horseshoe Bay and beyond
Harder walk than expected
This walk showed in brochures as moderate level walk. We are reasonably fit in our 50s but would rate as hard not moderate and took longer than suggested. Worth the trip but lots of up and down hill...

Nelly Bay is the gateway to beautiful Magnetic Island. Magnetic Island is a twenty minute stunning passenger blue water tropical ferry trip from Townsville, there is also a car ferry. There are regu...
