The shrine in the middle of the mountain opposite the port

The shrine located in the middle of the mountain opposite the Chichijima Futami port. Tourists had to climb steep staircases from the town to the shrine. Behind the shrine there were several observati...

Goshuin is only on the day of the entrance of ogasawara Maru

    Original Text

When I went up the stone steps, it became the precincts where the shrine office stood, and the hall of worship stood further up. The area was maintained as a park, and the view from the precincts was wonderful. By the way, I was able to get a red stamp on the day of the arrival of Ogasawara Maru.

    Festival

    Original Text

The day I stayed was the festival day. The villagers naturally accepted tourists, so I enjoyed it together. There is a shrine on the stone steps, so it was a little difficult to climb, but the view was good. The children were playing with glico and rock-paper-paper on the stone steps! It was a nostalgic sight. The whole village, such as portable shrines and sumo wrestlers, was full of vitality, and I felt that those who inherited the old traditions were firm and protected the island carefully. I'm glad I went ‼

    The stairs are tight.

    Original Text

It is a shrine on a hill. Climb the stairs from the main street. This staircase was quite tight. It's a very long and nice place. There is also an observatory nearby, and if you climb further up, you will find a panoramic observatory. When it's sunny, you can also see the back side of the island. I stayed at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but the first visit was a nice atmosphere with the stairs and lights. However, the weather was bad and I couldn't go to the first visit, but I think I can see the amazing starry sky if it is sunny.

    Island の sacrifice り

    Original Text

I went there just at the time of the festival, but I didn't go to the night festival because I took nature from the festival. The back of the shrine is an observatory, but the stairs are quite steep.
