In the past, it was near this Sumiyoshi Taka Lantern. I heard that it was the sea, but now reclamation is progressing, and there is a considerable distance to the sea. You can see the changes in the times. The previous street ２６ has a lot of traffic, and you can go to Namba in about １５ minutes from here. It's wonderful that there are still such historical buildings in the city.

According to the instruction manual, there seems to be a sea near Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, and the area around this lantern was Shirahama. Sumiyoshi Takashi lantern itself has been restored and is active as a museum.

２６ I walk along the line and pass well. When you see Sumiyoshi Takatomo, you will be in front of Sumiyoshi Park. It's a very large tower-like building, and it stands out even from a distance. It is lit up at night and is beautiful, it is recommended.

住吉公園のすぐ脇にあります

南海・住吉駅を降りて、住吉公園を通り過ぎると見えてきます。 かつてはこのあたりは海だったようで、日本最古の灯台を復元したものと言う事です。 遠くからも目立つシンボリックな塔で、かなりインパクトがありました。
