Passengers under 12 years old must purchase tickets on-site. One paying adult can bring up to two children aged 0–5 for free, provided they don't occupy separate seats.
How to use

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 30 day(s) after the booking date, a fee of $1.40 per item will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 30 day(s) after the booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

(1) Tickets cannot be used on the day of purchase. Seat reservations and boarding are only available for limited express trains from the day after purchase.

(2) After purchasing the ticket, you must make an online reservation for the express train's travel date, time, train number, and seat before use.

(3) After purchasing the ticket, you must complete the seat reservation procedure at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your desired train.

(4) The QR code will be displayed from 04:00 AM (Japan Standard Time) on the day of travel. It will not be displayed before this time.

(5) If you need to modify your reservation, the changes must be completed at least 5 min before the scheduled departure of the specified train, and modifications can only be made twice.

(6) A maximum of 8 tickets can be purchased for both Kansai Airport arrivals and departures on the same day.

(7) When purchasing multiple train tickets in a single booking, they cannot be used separately. All tickets from the same booking must be used for the same train.
