Helong's former residence is located in Hongjiaguan Village, Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. It is a common wooden frame Maowa bungalow in Xiangxi. The hospital has built a display room for Helong's life and deeds. In 1983, the Hunan Provincial People's Government listed Helong's former residence as a key cultural relics protection unit.
