When visiting Nakhon Si Thammarat, don't miss checking in at Kopi Q Kuton, a traditional coffee shop that's a landmark of the city. It's a highly popular branch of Kopi (Kopi 1942).
The highlight is the ample and convenient parking, and excellent location.
🔸🔹🔺Here are some must-try dishes at Kopi:
· 🐖🐖Pork Rib Bak Kut Teh (approximately 150 baht)
Stewed with fragrant and rich Chinese herbs, the pork is incredibly tender.
· 🥮Fried Dough Sticks (Patongko): Large size, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Served with custard or condensed milk, the deep-fried dough sticks (patonggo) are incredibly soft and delicious.
· ☕️Kopi (traditional hot/cold coffee), Kopi Chum, Iced Tea
· 🍜Jade Noodles with Braised Pork Leg (approximately 75 baht), Rice with Shrimp/Beef Curry (approximately 50 baht), I really love this one!
You have to try it! The dim sum and steamed buns are also very delicious.
Another must-order is the 5-color sticky rice with various toppings: custard, coconut, shrimp, and black sticky rice. It's not too sweet and goes perfectly with the Kopi. 🍘🥟

☀️ A great afternoon appointment in Nakhon Si Thammarat! Today, I had a meeting to present a comprehensive health insurance plan at UPR Factory on Soi Bo Ang. Another productive day, filled with meeting new people, exchanging ideas, and sharing valuable information for future life planning. 💙

The atmosphere in Nakhon Si Thammarat is still particularly lively after the Bun Duean Sip festival, a time when people travel to make merit, dedicate good deeds to their ancestors, and continue the beautiful traditions of Southern Thailand. Even after the festival, the city's vibrancy is still evident, with people constantly moving around, creating a colorful and warm atmosphere.

The goal of this afternoon's meeting wasn't just to present the comprehensive health insurance plan, but also to highlight the importance of preparing for health. Health is unpredictable; we may be healthy today, but if illness strikes one day, having a plan to cover medical expenses that suits us and our families can significantly reduce the financial burden.
