Shihezi Nanshan Scenic Area is located about 70 kilometers south of Shihezi City, the remnant vein of Tianshan Mountains. Here the road is winding back, the mountain is steep, the valley is crisscrossing, the thousands of peaks are beautiful, the trees are towering, the springs are green, the flowers are fragrant and the birds are spoken. Stayed in town for a few days. I heard that 20 or 30 years ago, the town was booming because there was a big cement factory where many people worked and made their homes. Later, with the relocation of the cement factory, the factory closed down, the town people moved back to the city, the town appeared particularly depressed and decaying. But from the dilapidated houses along the road, it can be seen how prosperous and lively it used to be.

Shihezi City is located on the alluvial plain formed by the northern foothills of the Yilian Habil Mountains, the branch of the Tianshan Mountains, and the Manas River Valley, about 150 kilometers west of Urumqi.
