Très belle ballade de Sils Maria au Val Muot Selvas de 2h 30 environ. La métairie du Val Muot Selvas propose un très bon risotto au safran.
Magnifique mais très pentu
La vallée est magnifique mais assez pentue, donc à réserver à de bons marcheurs.On y accède depuis le pied de la butte où se trouve le Waldhaus. Possibilité de tours en calèche, mais terriblement cher...
