İt is an ottoman period building. İt is not open at any time. Sometimes there are some exhibitions held in this old building. İt’s worth to visit.
Impressive building but slightly neglected
Inside a neighbourhood stands this building. It had once much better times. Today it seems as neglected. I found it closed.
