It is in the middle of the route around Kamishima. The view is very good because it is a "holy place for lovers". It is a paved road, but be careful when going because the cliff is right next door.
The lighthouse is small, but the view is good.
From the city of Kamishima, climb a narrow and steep slope. The lighthouse itself is small, but it is on a cliff and the view is very nice. You can also see Cape Irako on the Atsumi Peninsula. It is also certified as a sacred place for lovers, probably after the tide of Yukio Mishima.

A lighthouse that is also selected as one of the 50 best lighthouses in Japan. The only view spot on the island where you can enjoy the scenery. It was opened in 1910 as the first electric lamp with incandescent lights in Japan. The sea you can see from the historic lighthouse is superb. There is also a camera stand, so we were able to take commemorative photos together.
