A literary monument built in front of the station
Original Text
Speaking of Kinosaki Onsen, I first think of Naoya Shiga, but this hot spring was loved by many other literati. There is also a literary monument of Fujimura Shimazaki near Teyu in front of the station.
Fujimura Shimazaki saw many footprints on Nakasendo, a famous Meiji literary master before dawn, but he also came to Kinosaki Onsen. I didn't hear that I went to Hakone or Kusatsu Onsen, so I felt that this Kinosaki was special. The stone monument is located in front of the station of Kinosaki Onsen.
This literary monument is lined up with the stone monument on the Kinosaki Onsen Literary Walk. Not only this stone monument, but also Naoya Shiga and many literary monuments are scattered around Kinosaki Onsen, so it's fun to look for and walk.
