It is one of the leading hot springs in Japan. However, there is nothing but hot springs. There is really nothing. I recommend visiting along with trips such as Ise-Shima, Toba, Matsusaka, etc. It is a hot spring area where professional athletes of the genre of 々 visit the hot spring. The quality of the spring enters three fingers in Japan. There is no doubt.
There is Kashihara Onsenguchi Station on the Kintetsu Osaka Line. It's quite far away as the mouth is, and there seems to be no fixed-route bus. The shuttle bus of the hot spring inn is coming and going.
