West point dropped the ball on leadership and direction.
Without any communication or forethought to their guests, West Point employees directed car loads of patrons to the show "The Illusionist" to parking areas all across their campus. Old men, women and...
Great show worst transfer ever.
Just saw the illusionists and waited 70 minutes for transfer back to the parking lots. Waiting in the drizzle was horrible. Worst lack of organization ever. Shame shame!!!!!’
