Wuhan Cherry Blossom Viewing Guide
Spring in Wuhan is like a huge garden, filled with colorful flowers everywhere, a feast for the eyes! Make sure not to miss these places! 🤩
1️⃣ Tulips (mid to late February to March) 📍
● Wuhan Botanical Garden: A feast of tulips and orchids not to be missed! If you were born in the year of the Dragon, you can be as smart, capable, and universally considerate as the language of tulips suggests. 💖
● Tanghu Park: Tulips by the lake sparkle in the sunlight, and there's a large lawn perfect for taking photos and camping! 📸
● Wuhan Flower Expo: A row of tulips by the lake complements the castle beautifully. The grass between the two rows of tulips is the perfect spot to feel like you're in a sea of flowers! 📷
2️⃣ Cherry Blossoms (mid-March to early April) 📍
● East Lake Moshan Cherry Garden: Although crowded, the cherry blossoms are everywhere, and the beauty is overwhelming. 😍
● Wuhan University: Make a reservation in advance to enjoy the perfect combination of cherry blossoms and Republican-era architecture, and experience the blend of history and academia. 🤓
● Xibeihu Square: The stunning cherry blossom avenue with traffic weaving through it feels like a movie scene, perfect for photography! 🎞
● Luoyu East Road Bus Station: Wuhan's most beautiful cherry blossom bus station, with cherry blossoms blooming along the road, take photos from above for breathtaking beauty! 📸
3️⃣ Magnolias (end of February to early March) 📍
● Changchun Temple: Magnolias against the red walls are sacred and beautiful! 🧡
● Huazhong University of Science and Technology: As a HUST student, I really love the magnolias on West 12th and East 9th roads. The flowers are so abundant it feels like being in an anime world! 🎈
● Dijiao Park: The magnolias next to the pavilion and the corner of the pavilion together make a picturesque scene, full of ancient charm, suitable for portrait photography. 📸
4️⃣ Hydrangeas (April) 📍
● Shahu Park: Area C's hydrangeas bloom like snow, fresh and elegant, with excellent photo results on sunny days! 🌟
● Ma'anshan Forest Park: Navigate to Hou'ershan parking lot, go through Monkey Mountain towards the greenway, and you'll see the hydrangeas. They're not tall, no ladder needed, not crowded, and the photos turn out great! 👍
● Qintai Subway Station: Right out of the station are a dozen or so large hydrangea trees, the white blooms swaying in the wind, extremely cute and photogenic! 🤩
5️⃣ Hydrangeas - Endless Summer (May) 📍
● Jinshui Lake Wetland Park: The park is filled with hydrangeas everywhere, incredibly impressive! A true blessing for hydrangea enthusiasts! 😘
● Tanghu Park: Near Chuyuan, Endless Summer hydrangeas bloom in patches on the grass and under the trees, not too crowded, perfect for portrait photography and camping, very comfortable! 🏕
It's the perfect time for flower viewing, so keep this guide handy and head to Wuhan to enjoy the feast of flowers! 🌺🌼🌻
The fare is cheap, the scenery is beautiful, suitable for walking the baby, the science function is better, all kinds of plants have been introduced with relatively complete signs, some even handwritten. The place is very large and you can bring more food to picnic. The most interesting thing inside is those poppy seedlings, which are not seen in other places.
Take your family to see, in the East Lake, before running into the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, there is no tourist reception, there are many plants in a large shed, there are poppies in the outdoor barbed wire fence, there are towering pine forests, and a large lawn, the overall feeling is relaxed and comfortable, But to say tourist attractions, you don’t have to go to see it specially, personally feel that there is no need
Nothing particularly beautiful in March. I feel lonely but the orchid greenhouse is very good. It is a special surprise. It is really rich. For this orchid greenhouse, it is worth going once. But if we only stay in Wuhan for two nights, we feel like going to other places, better.
The boss is still very serious about solving the problem, the waiter is really a bit uneven, the environment is not said, it is really fun, but the staff training should be strengthened, the boss came forward to solve the problem, the bad review is changed, there are people who love plants and animals, it is also a rare place to walk the baby in Wuhan. Hope it gets better.
Overall it is still relatively beautiful, the botanical garden has various plants, many are the first time to see, it is worth a visit, there are also many hot-growing plants in the indoor glass room, lush and vibrant worth a visit.
