This dramatic little hidden gem lies right on the edge of town—where the Lech river tumbles over rugged rocks, creating a mini-canyon with a roaring waterfall. There’s even a dam spanning the gap, ringed by forest, cliffs, and misty rainclouds: it’s a must-see, especially if you love outdoor adventure or photography. Must-See Place: Lechfall • Address: Tiroler Str. 29, 87629 Füssen, Germany • Open: 24/7, all year round (no ticket needed!) My tips: Lechfall is best visited on a cloudy or rainy day if you want that moody, cinematic vibe—those forests and cliffs look epic with a bit of mist hanging around!
