Ford Mustang
Overall, we were very satisfied with the rental car. We had actually booked a Ford Mustang Mach-E or a comparable vehicle, but we ended up with a fully electric Ford Explorer. In the end, we were very pleased with it. We were particularly impressed by the acceleration, the smooth ride, and the range. Charging was a bit inconvenient at times, as not every charging station worked flawlessly. We were also surprised that driving through some tunnels resulted in additional charges of around €50 each.
Aside from that, we had a very positive experience with the vehicle (like new, few scratches, clean interior) and would definitely rent an electric car from Trip.com again.

Toyota Yaris Cross
Online booking is very convenient, and the interface is in Chinese, making it clear and easy to understand.
The on-site car pick-up and drop-off process is also very quick and simple, resulting in a smooth overall experience.
Highly recommended!

Ford Explorer
The airport terminal counter is closed. You have to call, which makes things more complicated if your English isn't very good. Otherwise, it was fine; the staff were friendly and there weren't many people, so the wait for both picking up and returning the car was quick.

Tesla Model Y
Renting a Tesla, the driver's side window control (passenger side) was broken. The car wasn't clean, but it was acceptable. The check-in process was relatively fast. They deducted a deposit in advance, and the difference would be refunded or charged upon return. Renting a car from Tromsø to Lofoten was definitely the best decision I made.
