Picking up the car at the store was very convenient, and the car provided was a model of the same class. The only downside was that the car location listed on Ctrip was incorrect; I circled around Bangkok airport three or four times without finding it, and finally found it after contacting the store by phone and sending the address via Google Maps. I suggest adding a text message contact feature to the platform. Basic English is sufficient for communication, but more complex English is a bit difficult to understand.

Great experience! The car was clean, well-maintained, and the rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely rent from them again. The staff was helpful and accommodating with all my questions.

When we picked up the car at the site, we upgraded it to a hybrid seven-seater, which is extremely fuel-efficient. Even with three suitcases in, there are still plenty of seats. We are a family of three, and even with lots of luggage, the last row can be lowered and filled with suitcases, allowing five people to sit comfortably.

I booked a Yaris but got a Veloz, which exceeded my expectations! The car is brand new, clean, and in perfect condition with no scratches. The counter staff and car delivery team were very helpful and provided excellent advice.

Car was in very good shape. Tires and other things like wipers were good also. A phone holder would have been nice.

English support was no problem (although, since it's Thailand, there are rare cases where English isn't available and only Thai is spoken). There were no problems when returning the item, and no unexpected additional charges were made. Everything was perfectly fine.

We rented this “7 seater” for five adults. There is comfortable space for two in front and two behind. The fifth person is a bit squashed right at the back and it was a slight palaver getting in and out of that back seat. That space would be ideal mainly for luggage. Experience or instructions are needed to fold the back seats for luggage or as extra seating. The brakes come on automatically when reverse gear is engaged. For this specific vehicle, the brakes could not be unlocked easily after reverse gear is engaged. The agency proactively offered a slightly later return without any request. We did however have to wait quite a bit for petrol refuel at point of pick up. At around £35 for two days (plus £12 for insurance we chose at pick up), we had a good rental experience and would recommend this car rental agency for anyone staying in the area (e.g., Ascott Sathorn).

Toyota Yaris

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had a great experience renting with Hertz Thailand! I booked a small car and was assigned a Toyota Yaris Ativ. The car was in excellent condition, very clean, well maintained, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. Their customer service was top notch, they responded to my email inquiries super quickly before the trip, and the pickup process on site was fast and efficient. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Tip for future travelers: Make sure to take a quick video during the initial vehicle inspection just for peace of mind, but overall, everything went flawlessly. Highly recommended!
