Guests cannot check whether the consumption of electricity and oil billed to them is correct, as they do not have the opportunity to check the meter readings either when they move in or when they move out. It is therefore not surprising that consumption i

Originally set up the hotel in Palma, it was temporarily cancelled, so this one was set. It is very suitable for self-driving friends. There are enough parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The view of the hotel is simply a must. The restaurant and the pool public area are the jelly sea that tourists pursue to punch in. It feels no different from other popular jelly seas. You don’t have to drive to other jelly seas. You can walk to the beach for a few minutes to play in the water. The room facilities are ordinary, but they are enough, clean and tidy, and the first night was also delivered, but like many Spanish hotels, there is no water, so you can buy a few more bottles of water when you go out. Overall, you can be selected in the Life Hotel series. Although the hardware is a bit ordinary, the scenery is really amazing. I will consider staying again next time.

The finca is beautiful. Everything you need is available (kitchen, towels, etc...). The finca is located in a very quiet side street or cul-de-sac in the already small village of Cala Murada. The outdoor area with the large pool is incredibly beautiful. T

Only been here over 24 hours and it deserves a review already. Lovely hotel in a perfect location, over the bridge is plenty of shops and restaurants so you’ll always find somewhere for food and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds so you don’t have to be there early to get one. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready until 2:30pm so they let us lock our suitcases away and get changed for our clothes we travelled in. Definitely worth the money, room is a little outdated but the beds are SO COMFORTABLE! You can book excursions from the reception which is great. Free unlimited WiFi which is the first hotel I’ve ever seen this at. The lifts aren’t great if you are someone who doesn’t like lifts. I would definitely return to this hotel

Reviewing this hotel is quite difficult because the staff are all friendly and it does have some good points. Locally it is known as Fawtly Towers (by the taxi drivers ) and unfortunately it’s not difficult to understand why, however let’s start with the positives; firstly the hotel manager, he is a lovely smiley chap and he has a very high level of visibility on the shop floor and that helps the hotel have a relaxed vibe to it. I can also say the bath towels are soft, the beds are comfy , you get a kettle and the hotel supplies pool towels at no extra cost. The breakfast is also ok and the gym is basic but pleasant. In truth though, it’s a very old old hotel that has had a cheap lick of white paint and bit of a refurb including astroturf around the pool. Whilst the bedrooms are relatively comfy (ours overlooked the main road) they do remind me of the rooms in an old style travel lodge and the bathrooms are awful. The outside of the hotel also lacks any kerb appeal and it looks like an old block of council flats. The cleaners do an excellent job tidying the rooms every day and as I’ve said bathrooms are the worst feature , the plumbing smells , the bathrooms are small and the shower is barely fit for purpose. On another positive note the repair/maintenance man is great ( he definitely works hard) - he fixed the safe, the shampoo dispenser and even gave us a new plug for the bathroom sink , he was last seen dealing with some leaky aircon in the hotel lobby . In summary, would I stay again ? no, was it expensive accommodation ? yes , is it 4 star ? definitely not (3 star at best). Fawlty Towers is probably a bit harsh as it did slowly grow on me but I can understand why it’s called Fawlty Towers.
