Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business

The location is great, the subway station is right outside the complex, and most importantly, the heating is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the price is cheap.

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

I love this place, their price is good for the place they're provided. I love the uncle who took care of the place. He's cheerful and approachable although we can't speak English to each other! The location for this place is a bit challenging because the location is a bit hidden. Make sure to follow the address given. You will find an open street grocery at the first entrance of the buildings. Take around several steps and you will see the entrance of the hostel (refer to my picture). It's also nearby Xian museum and Xian art museum!

This is one of the best hotel selection I ever have! The location is one of the best - just opposite subway station, and in the middle of (considered) center with tourist spots and shopping malls. Food is always everywhere. Most importantly, the counter gentleman (likely the owner) was very helpful and friendly. I have to mentioned that he even give me a free upgrade! The room is actually a residential studio, comes with a sofa, washing machine (plus detergent), and kitchen equipment. Unfortunately all cooking utilities were there, but not a single utensils provided. The cup is disposable paper cup. Luckily the owner gave me a used glass drink container. The basin and shower head water pressure is one of the strongest! How wonderful! Absolutely 6 stars, but I was allocated to a room directly opposite a saloon, and it closes late at night into the wee hour. One of night they close at about 3am, quite noisy

不愧是名墅設計師酒店，店內特別有感覺。房屋整體設計也很美，地點也很方便，樓下就有地鐵口，距離大唐不夜城等景點也很近，非常物有所值！

Room was good, but it's directly on the market street. A lot of Noice. Tha AC can only heat up eben thout it's already really warm in the room. Cleanness is alright. On decor is a thick cover of dust. But the bed, and bathroom is clean. Just the overhead shower was working, which we didn't mind. They asked everyday around 10:30am if we want garbage take out and new amenities. Which was super nice. The response was always super fast over WeChat. They are friendly and the self-Check in was easy due to really good instructions beforehand. Also they provide Ohropax (noice canceling plugs) :)

Excellent value! The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ... FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

I booked this hotel when I was visiting Xi'an. It was a great deal, and the room was very nice. It had a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and more. There were also lots of delicious food downstairs, which was very convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I go out!
