This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Great place, nice atmosphere, decent place to stay. Clean and comfortable beds, spotless linen, fresh towels. Complimentary water, tea and coffee at the room with few biscuits. Balcony with atmospheric view of inner yards, nice spot to have a glass of wine in the evening

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

Lovely place with easy access and nearby parking available. The hosts are very charming and helpful. My wife mentioned to Cristina her lactose intolerance and they were able to quickly accommodate her with nice options for a personalized breakfast. I really recommend the breakfast 😋 The rooms are very small but have all that you need. We arrived late with a lot of luggage and Cedric was very helpful. No TV and no mini-bar in room but enough choice of drinks in the easily accessible common area. Hosts are generous with healthy homemade snacks and juices in the room. Would have appreciated bathrobes and slippers.

We’re Mama fans and decided to stay at this recently opened hotel. The hotel was difficult to find, the La Defence area is a planner’s mess. However, the hotel was great, staff lovely and great rooms. The top floor restaurant/ bar has great views over Paris and we enjoyed the breakfast.
