Breakfast is delicious with large variety of food and the bedroom is nice, comfy bed. Also the staff is kind and helpful. However, we felt a bit disappointed with the facilities specially the gym, most of the machines are rusty, cranky and some of them broken. Also, sauna wasn’t included, you have to pay it apart and it’s quite pricey. Regarding the swimming pool, was very noisy with lots of kids jumping in the water and splashing. Overall it’s not bad.

Wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I would recommend Citadines at any time and would stay there again.

Service: There is one-to-one butler service throughout the entire process. The butler Qianqian will be very good and the service is very complete. Facilities: A relatively niche manor hotel. I came across it accidentally. I went to play with the mentality of opening a blind box. It was quite good. Overall, I feel it is more suitable for parent-child family fun. There are many activities that children can play, including horse riding. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools of the Archery Children's Park are less crowded and relatively clean. The room is quite spacious and the mountain air is good. The sour radish bean noodles, grandma’s pimple soup and Wenzhou fish ball soup at Leng Feicui Restaurant are really good. Environment: There are many couples taking wedding photos, and for families with children, there are plenty of lawns for children to run on. Hygiene: Our room was okay. Very nice hotel in Shaoxing! I'm glad I found the right place. It combines beautiful scenery, delicious food and fresh air. It's like living in a private Jiangnan water town. It's only a ten-minute drive away from urban hotspots such as Lu Xun's former residence. The balcony room is also great! The two-day package purchased was great value for money! At first I thought of going out during the day and just sleeping in the night, as long as I could sleep peacefully. But after I checked in, I found that the balcony room had a reasonable layout and complete facilities. You could also live high up and see far away, with the gurgling river at your feet and the weeping willows. Yiyi, spring is in full bloom, and it’s particularly pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery! You can eat a lot of local specialties for breakfast, which is delicious! Next to the restaurant is a children's playground, which is not very big, but the children had fun for several hours. The front desk staff, Zhou Fengting, is kind and considerate. The hotel provides free boat tickets for rafting on a awning boat; after breakfast every day, the children especially like to feed the lambs and their mothers by the bridge, which are super cute!

It's a pity that such a good hotel is in depression during special times! Everything else is very good 👍

The hotel is very close to China Textile City, just across the road. Very convenient. The environment is okay. If you want to stay close, you can choose here. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is okay and the room is clean. I will come again next time.
