I wasnt writing a review of this Hotel but after seeing a marked difference between the service at this Hotel versus the Hotel of the same name in Akron, I have decided to give honor where honor is due. We were on our way Christmasday to Rock Island, I'll to visit family. My husband tried to make the 16 hour journey in one shot, but by 10:30 p.m. we were forced to spend the night, in the Holiday Inn Express in Howe, Indiana. The service was e excellent as we called approximately 20 minutes before arriving. We were greeted by the young woman on duty who was the total opposite of what we confronted a few days later in Akron. She went above and beyond to make a terrible drive on Christmas Day enjoyable. We paid less and enjoyed our stay more. Akron we are paying more and not enjoying this stay much. Much less. 5 stars for excellent t service in show Indiana, and -1 star for the terrible service we received in Akron Ohio.

Hotel location was good, staff were helpful. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the breakfast choices were very few. Overall, for the price, it was definitely worth it.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. Look forward to next stay at the hotel.
