The hotel , food and train package was convenient. The staff was great for the whole experience and all of the facilities were clean and nice. The hosts, entertainers, even the train robbers made for a great experience.

I was SO blessed by the honesty of the workers at this hotel. I unknowingly left my house key ring and didn't discover the loss till 2 days later. Called hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!

Williams is not even a village. This store is not in the village yet. It is really a forest next to it... The room on the first floor is still semi-underground. I came in and saw a gecko. He died. It was a long time since the laundry room was washed by someone and didn't take it away... The breakfast area is small, there is no place to sit, no milk is gone, the quality of Super 8 is consistent, but this place is really There is nothing to choose, after all, it takes an hour to get to the Grand Canyon and there are signals...

Williams' accommodation is much more economical than in Tussayan, an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon. After watching the sunset, you can just come back. The hotel is relatively new, there is the taste of decoration, other services are good, and there are convenience stores at the front desk to buy things. Finally, the hotel is very easy to find, looking for the strange green in the dark.

Arrive at the hotel at night, near a small hillside outside Williams Town, still very easy to find. The dinner at the hotel was not bad, the price was not as high as expected, and a dessert was delivered. The hotel is still old, but the heating is sufficient and warm, which obscures the old problems. The overall feeling is still ok.

The parking lot is free, the location is a bit biased, and you have to drive to the center to eat, but it doesn't matter. Anyway, the parking spaces in the center are also casually stopped, and the breakfast is quite rich.

I recently stayed at the days inn located in Williams Arizona. I called and booked over the phone with an employee named Ivon, and requested the king deluxe suit with the jacuzziin the room. She informed me of the price and after applying the Veteran discount the total came out to $163.22. I stay overnight and the next morning I go downstairs and request additional night. now the person Ivon says that my card is not gonna be charged until I check out. I say to let me know if she was going to run the card at that moment because I have my card locked so she says everything‘s taken care of. we go back to the room. We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public. The rooms that I stayed in were nice. The air conditioning unit in room 1160 was very loud. The restaurants were great. My only complaint is that one of my suitcases was damaged by one of the employees when it was being transported from the Maswik Lodge at the Grand Canyon back to the Grand Canyon Hotel on Monday, September 4th, 2023. I informed the receptionist at the hotel concerning the damage. She told me to write an incident report. She also told me to take some pictures of the damage that was done to the suitcase during the transport and send them to her email address. I turned in the completed incident report and I also sent the pictures to her email address. She told me that she would give the incident report to a woman named Susan Carver. She also stated that she would send the pictures to Susan Carver's email address and that Susan Carver would contact me before the week was over to discuss the damage that was done to my suitcase. It is now September 24th and Susan Carver never called me. No one from the Grand Canyon Hotel has contacted me. A warning to anyone who does stay at the Grand Canyon Hotel when you plan a trip to the Grand Canyon. You might also have the same thing happen to your luggage that happened to mine.

The hotel is warm and clean at the entrance to the side street. Just a few minutes walk to the street; There are enough parking spaces, just behind the house, which is very convenient; Next to it is a larger supermarket, which is also convenient for purchasing some food and supplies; Breakfast is a traditional American breakfast, bread, eggs, sausage, you can make your own waffles It is a good place to go to Grand Canyon Park.
