My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here for our honeymoon. We stayed in villa 2 , room was big , great super king-size bed. The pool and views of the sea are amazing. Food wasn't great which is why I rated 4 stars. Everything else was amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you, big mention to Francisco, Noemi, Jorge , and Freddy who catered to our every need, we can't thank them enough for their speedy service and attentiveness. Also a shout out to the entertainment staff Gio and Tati. To all the staff thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special. Love from Ireland to you all.

The experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

Awesome 10 nights stay On arrival we were greeted and bags taken and given a glass of champagne. Our first room was right by the lift in building 1 I asked if we could be moved and this was no problem and given a room in building 2 on the 6th floor. Only problem was the window leaked when it rained but wasn’t a massive problem. After all the really negative reviews I was really concerned about staying but I didn’t need to be so worried and stressed. The food is great the bar in the lobby shut at 1am. The staff are fantastic Raul, Johnathon, Enrique Francisco, Antonio are all very great welcoming members of staff and they will keep your glasses topped up every minute of the day if they could. Mary the omelette lady was also awesome and new exactly what I wanted every day especially the day when I choose peppers and she told me they were hot hot ones lol. Sun beds are reserved very early most mornings but we never struggled to get one. Some staff are funny as in wouldn’t change small dollar notes but would do so for other people, we had to ask bar staff to change money for us. Staff in the restaurants would get us a gin and tonic the next night they wouldn’t and this is how it went on. Pool games are there to get everyone involved but your not forced to take part. We would certainly be coming back here as we loved it Thank you team Oleo for a wonderful stay and hope to see you soon

The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations. If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.

There were 29 of us!! Several had upgraded room with butler and he, (Yomelly) couldn’t have been more helpful. Anything we wanted/desired or barely mentioned, he was all over it. My group gave Grand Park an 8/10. The only thing that would have made it a 10 would be more food options. The food provided was good, the rooms and pools very nice…drinks a-plenty, love the coffee & sweets cafe!! As a travel agent, I send a lot of clients to GPR because I’ve stayed twice, I feel it is a 5 ⭐️ resort, walking distance to flea market, easy access to city bus and lots of turtle hatching going on. Felt perfectly safe and will continue to send clients to GPR.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive
El Dorado Casitas Royale A Spa Resorts - More Inclusive

I recently returned home from an incredible trip to the El Dorado Casitas! If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful resort with top notch service, look no further. I visited the Casitas with one of my best friends and we left feeling relaxed and our hearts happy (but also sad to have left and head back to reality). We all know that the world is not the easiest place to exist right now, so an escape to paradise always make you feel a little bit lighter. In summary, the people of El Dorado make it one of the best places in Mexico to visit. Every employee goes above and beyond to make sure every guest’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to the people, the resort grounds and restaurants/bars are the ultimate place to escape. To start with, Lomas was on point at the Cancun airport and we had no issues checking in with the Lomas team and hopping in our private transportation to the resort. We arrived at El Dorado and were immediately greeted by both the Albertos and Leo to take our bags and escort us over to the Casita Lounge for check in. The lobby crew are so welcoming, friendly, and efficient! Later in our trip, we were able to easily locate the Lomas representative on the resort and confirm our transport back to the airport prior to the end of our trip. We had an early morning Lomas pickup (5:05am) which we were nervous about them forgetting to pick us up, but the bell boy was right on time to pick us up from our room around 4:30am and Lomas showed up right on time as well with zero issues. Our room (a swim-up casita) was very comfortable, fresh, and clean! The one “issue” we experienced throughout our week long trip was related to the bathroom towel situation. Multiple times we hardly had any washcloths/hand towels and there was one day we did not get any bath towels for the shower. However, we easily popped into the Casita lounge and asked for some towels then when we came back to our room they had left some for us. But this was not anything at all that took away from our trip - just a minor inconvenience that was easily rectified. The pools were very clean (we saw Arturo working hard in the Casitas) and free of debris as was the beach! There are so many individual workers all over El Dorado working to keep the grounds stunning and they deserve such a huge shoutout. They are always all so friendly - it is a gorgeous resort to walk around and many “hola!”s to be exchanged with every employee/guest you pass by. Our room was in section 30 where Eduardo was the pool bartender and he was awesome! Always so friendly and made the most delicious margaritas on the rocks. We had Ramon and Jose a few days as beach butlers in that section and they were rockstars. Both were so outgoing with very positive attitudes and made sure we had towels and plenty of mimosas to sip on the beach. Our room was also situated close to Gaviotas the beach bar in the Casitas which is the most perfect place to sit and enjoy some music
The Fives Oceanfront Hotel

The Five Oceanfront was a pleasant surprise for my wife and me. We typically stay at larger all-inclusive resorts and specifically wanted to try a smaller one. My wife found this by Googling the top resorts in the area, and their larger resort in Playa was on the list, and she found this one by visiting the larger resort’s website. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, they are detailed; I am particular about a lot of things and appreciate when others write with the same level of detail. We booked a trip for February, but a non-COVID illness forced us to delay the trip. The staff easily accommodated our request to push the trip out 3 weeks with no additional charges. Our visit was 3/18-3/25/21. We were greeted by a modern and stylish entrance. The resort is at the end of the road, with an undeveloped resort property next door. The “front desk” is a large wood table that, from our balcony, looks like the state of Texas, and is similarly large. “Live edge” wood tables are all over the place and in our room. We were on an all-inclusive package (optional at this resort and apparently, is available on a day-by-day basis), and our bracelets were colored string with a logoed wood tile (think Scrabble tile) with an RFID chip on the back for access to our floor and room. That was a nice touch compared to resorts that have plastic color-coded bracelets. The package included a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a plate of fruit and chocolates in the fridge. 3 of each of these were stocked in the fridge each day: 3 kinds of soda, Sparling water, Heineken and Dos Equis beers. Still bottled water was also in the fridge (think glass coke bottles with water). We reserved a one-bedroom suite. The room was fitted out with a 5-cup drip coffee maker, a 2-burner cooktop, a combo microwave/toaster, and full-size fridge/freezer combo. A 65” (?) Samsung TV was in the family room and also in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the hotel software controlled the TV and changing inputs or using apps was not possible. That would have been nice for the couple of evenings we were in the room early. The living area had modern furniture, exactly as pictured on the website. Our balcony had two cushioned chaise lounges and a two-person jetted tub. The bathroom had double sinks, and a walk-in shower that had the best rainfall shower head we’ve ever had. Many places try, and most fail in providing nice fixtures and decent water pressure. Robes and disposable slippers were also provided. Plenty of room to unpack 2 full-size suitcases and store them out of the way. The sliding doors between the bedroom and living space were quiet to operate, heavy, and thick. This provided a good barrier for me to rise early and get some work done before my wife. I didn’t test the speed of the included Wi-Fi but it was plenty fast for the large files I access online for work. The wi-fi worked seamlessly anywhere on premise and out into the ocean (I only know this because I was receiving texts o
Moon Palace Cancun - All Inclusive

My family and I spent an amazing week at the Residence at Moon Palace Cancun, we are long time members of Palace Elite but first time staying at the Residence for a special occasion: celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The Residence has everything that you may wish for an unforgettable vacation, it housed all 10 of our family spaciously and confortable with 4 bedrooms, private swimming pool, pool and poker table, movie theater and not to mention a great day at a 64 foot yatch. We want to specially recognize the team who made our staying a memorable one: Thank you to our butlers: Randy and Oswaldo and his manager Erik, they anticipated and covered all our needs giving every day an extra mile. Thanks to the team that takes care of the whole residence specially to Carlos. We were delighted with the private wine tasting experience where sommelier Andres did a fantastic job. As well, another memorable experience was the private dinner where the Chef indulged us with delicious dishes. At Casa Mia, her manager Angelica and Chef Diego prepared for us a wonderful welcome dinner experience. At Caribeno, her manager Carolina and the Chef pamper us during lunch times. At Trattoria, her manager and the Chef prepared a very special dinner for our group. Also, Chef Rafael Calvo continued providing us with memorable experiences through out the years.

Downtown Cancun
The all-inclusive hotel in Cancun is the main hotel. If you are traveling during the day, the meaning of the all-inclusive hotel is not great. It is better to choose this Sheraton Hotel, it is very quiet, the breakfast is very rich, and it is very convenient and safe from the American market. rest assured. Please bring your own toothbrush + slippers. Hair dryers and toiletries are available at the hotel.
