Tub Kaek Beach
Good place except for the food. Great room. location is right on the beach and you can see the sunset from your room as well as on the restaurant front, the pool, everywhere. If the food was better I'd rate it better.

We stayed in a chalet suite, which was a great size. The rooms are spotlessly clean and rooms attended to daily. I'm glad we chose this room as I can imagine it's a bit of a trek uphill to the rooms further back. The bed was rock hard but not uncomfortable. The shower was always hot and powerful, which I loved. The grounds were always clean and tidy too. The WiFi in the room is a bit on and off but works great at the pool and cafe. You can also connect your phone to the smart TV. The pool is really nice and peaceful with a bar to order food and drinks. They do bogof cocktails at happy hour too. The breakfast was very average. Everyone could find something to eat but nothing special. For this reason, we did eat out for breakfast after a couple of days. They have an omelette station, streaky bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, Thai food etc. One day we ate at the cafe and I was left fuming at how long we had to wait for our food. There were 3 staff on duty but we were the only people in the whole cafe. We waited over an hour for a basic meal and then when it arrived it was wrong. I had ordered fries with my burger and I waited 90 mins just for fries which i had to eat separate to the burger. No cutlery either. The location was perfect. Right around the corner from the night market and not a long walk to bars and restaurants. The busier street can easily be reached by tuk tuk on the corner for a cheap price. Overall, it was a great choice and would return.

First of all, I want to praise the hotel for the sources. Basins with different temperatures, clean, also have 2 cold water pools and fish spa pool. The territory is tidy, all in green, beautiful statues everywhere, the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, did not want to leave. The room is huge, large bed and a layout sofa of about 130 cm. It turned out that one child can be free, and for the teenager the extra payment of 800 batts is very cheap. Television with Thai channels, cabinet, refrigerator, teapot, fan almost dead, 2 bottles of water and coffee free. Bathroom is inappropriately large, bath is comfortable. Free shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and shower hat. The room was on the second floor with a chic view to the pool. The mattress and pillows above all praise, slept perfectly, the conder is noisy. In general, emotions are only positive if not meeting with the staf. huge fat minus it is a staf on the resepshen ! We felt in Russia in a polyclinic. Parking, going to the resepshen right to the crowd of Thai women, here one jumped and screamed, translate to Russian ”Don't walk here, washed and not dry ! What do you not see ? Get around there ! ” and the face of such an evil was contempted. I am in a quiet shock, all of them for the first time in nine years in Thailand, even in the cheapest gestures I met only good and educated workers. I copied passports, asking, ”all ? or whatever?” says, all. Well, I think the payment will be at the check out, went to the room, just started to dress, knocks ”I have to go to the respiratory and pay right now.” Well, I don't know the mats in Thai, I dressed and went to pay. Breakfast for three, selected on the menu 2 different, both so in itself. But breakfast is on, so normal. Oh, if you don't live uneducated women with respiratory, would set a solid 5.

The hotel is very big, there is a rambutan tree in the yard, there is also an unknown fruit tree, the hotel picks the fruit from the tree to entertain the guests, it is too kind. The environment inside the hotel is very good. The hot spring river flows through it, and there is a hot spring waterfall on the opposite bank. I saw a few fireflies near the river at night, which is really a pleasant surprise. The water in the hot spring pool is warm, hot and especially hot. The water is always flowing, very clear, and there are few people. We often charter. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are fair. The disadvantage is that there is a dirt road before arrival, which is really difficult to drive.

A good hotel was built on the former wasteland. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a deluxe room at the desk. In the deluxe onsen in the room, for the standard on the street, there are shared ones, there are many of them. The room has everything you need: microwave oven, kettle, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers. In the bathroom there is shampoo, gel, shower caps, body lotion, ear sticks, toothbrushes. The onsen is very beautiful, it is convenient that it is in the room. The rooms are new, clean, pleasant to stay. Breakfast buffet is modest, but enough. The area is beautiful. I liked everything.

Baan Pakgasri Hideaway

We had a bungalow with direct views of the beautiful beach and the sea. In the flood, the water is not 5 metres from the spacious terrace. The bungalow itself offers enough space and is stylishly furnished. Apart from a comfortable bed, the bathroom has a rainforest shower and a whirlpool which can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. The staff is very friendly and premature, small shortcomings like a defected shower head were immediately fixed. Breakfast is served directly on the own terrace and is very delicious. All in all, the Hideaway was the best hotel in our entire Thailand holiday!
