The location is very convenient, about 15 minutes drive from Metzingen shopping village, not far from downtown Stuttgart, stayed for 2 nights. After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

Not too far from Maybachstrabe station, with the U6 directly to Stuttgart Airport and Messe. Very quiet surroundings with limited dining options. But very pleased to find a quaint Italian eatery just opposite the hotel, with reasonable prices and great food. Hotel is basic, clean, with decent breakfast. No towel hooks in the toilet.
