The breakfast is very good. Because I had stayed at Copley Plaza Hotel for half a month before, and then I changed to this hotel, which was converted into a private villa. Although small, the interior decoration shows the elegant living taste of the homeowner. The breakfast is rich in variety, coffee, fruit, and small snacks are available all day. On Valentine's Day, we also prepared chocolates intimately. The laundry is free, and there is a waiter to help wash it. The hotel guests had breakfast together at the table, chatting with each other and feeling good. Although the room I live in does not have a bathroom, the shared bathroom is also very hygienic and convenient. Very cost-effective.

After staying here for many days, I really don’t understand why I have to change rooms every day if I extend my stay. I also told them many times that I wanted a room with a sunny side. The result can be summed up in two words: rigid. There will be no flexibility. Until I moved out, I still didn't understand why I had to change rooms when I extended my stay. Very poor experience. The room is very clean. The floors are old.

We had a great stay at [Hotel Name]! It’s a no-frills experience, but everything was clean, comfortable, and well-run. Check-in is strictly at 4 PM—no early check-ins, which is good to know in advance. Housekeeping isn’t automatic, but you can request fresh towels or room cleaning as needed, which wasn’t an issue for us. The only real downside was the breakfast—it was pretty minimal on the first day (just toast and oatmeal), but it was much better the next day with a good selection of pastries. One of the best perks is the location—it’s right at a subway stop, making getting around town seamless. If you’re looking for a simple, well-kept place to stay without unnecessary extras, this is a solid choice!

I decided to go to see the Major League Baseball with my daughter and find a cheap hotel near Fenway Park and decide here. I was worried about security on my first trip to the United States, but the cityscape was calm and gentle, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. The building and rooms were nice. As in other word of mouth, it was difficult to bring large luggage up to the 4th floor without an elevator, but there was no problem because I was careful. Thank you for your kindness to the owner. I would like to stay here if I go to Boston again.

My home is very comfortable for international travelers, business people, students, medical personnel, etc. The Victorian house is located in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood convenient to transportation, super markets, great ethnic restaurants/ pubs. Beautiful paths for joggers in the area, green landscapes, historical homes. It is like living in the country side but in reality it is the city. We have a neighborhood park adjacent to the back yard. Only vegetarian food may be brought inside the house. The bedroom which is on the second floor is extremely comfortable. You will think that you are sleeping on air. The room has a triple size dresser, a bureau, desk and chair, a double size bed with four posters. Two oversized windows let the light shine in. One view is towards the neighbor's home. The other window looks out to the back yard with lots of greenery. There are sparkling hardwood floors in this room. The desk has many drawers and a light on it. You would sit on a chair in front of the desk. The bathroom is on the first floor. Must be able to walk stairs. The traveler(s). provides his/her/their COVID-19 vaccination document upon arrival. My back yard has a table and chairs with a lovely garden and lots of greenery. During the summer time, it is wonderful to sit out there and relax. Great ethnic restaurants and pubs are located in my neighborhood. Public transportation to get to Boston center, Longwood Medical area and many colleges (ex. Boston University, Boston College, Emerson, Northeastern, etc.) is only a short walk from the house. The C or D line as well as bus #65 (to the medical area) is in the neighborhood. In Brookline, one must have a dedicated parking spot. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed. There is a dedicated parking spot on my property for guests. Parking fee: $25/night cash. No pets are allowed. Check in time is between 5pm - 7pm.NOTE: This property only has shared bathroom and kitchenette.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:This is a vegetarian home.
