We booked a 1-night pitch for our campervan en route back to the Euro Tunnel. We received a warm welcome the receptionist spoke perfect English which we were not expecting. We stayed on a Wednesday night it was not overly busy and we choose to stay at the back on our own which was really nice. The facilities were ok we only used the shower as we are self-sufficient We did not use the pool or the restaurant so I can not comment on these. The walk around the lake was lovely after a long 10-hour drive. We were in bed by 10 ready for a 7 am long day ahead of us we had no issue sleeping with noise We will certainly return again hopefully for a few nights to explore the area

This site is beautiful. It's on the banks of a beautiful leisure lake and is set in a pine forest. There are lots of toilet, shower, dish wash blocks so you're never far from one. They are cleaned 4 times a day and are immaculate. The swimming pool is lovely. The on-sute supermecado sells fresh baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat etc. There is a bar that we didn't use. The reception is open every day,all day. There is direct access to the lake and beach from the site. Nearby Burgos, Soria, Almazan and El Burgo de Osma are well worth a visit . These cities and small towns are stunning. Alcampo and Leclerc hypermarkets are in Soria 25 minutes away. It's all very dog-friendly too. We're going back to France tomorrow, but this place will be in my memories forever.

This campsite has a fantastic location but with the prices they charge, it should be better and not just rly on its location. We stayed in a bungalow in high season for the price of a good 4 star hotel. I think at this price they could supply some bedding and towels. Other than that the bungalow was pretty much what we expected and accepted we were paying for the location. However, the campsite itself has significant room for improvement: 1. Pool - Looks great on the photos and from a distance, however, look a little closer and there some basic issues. Firstly, it was high season and non of the showers around the pool worked. Add to this that the pool is surrounded by grass rather than being paved, which becomes water logged and muddy, you don´t have to be a genious to work out where these muddy feet become clean. Other basics, such as fountain not working etc and it just had a feeling of being run down. Not what you expect when paying 150€ a night. To make things worse there is unrestricted access from a public car park through the bar/restaurant (that is also open to the public). This allowed non-residents to freely park their cars and use the pool. On the Saturday, there were clearly as many non-residents as residents using the pool and it was ridiculously crowded. We spoke to reception about it and they just gave a number of excuses and really didnt seem to have any interest in doing anything about it. Maybe because the poolside bar was benefiting from the bumper trade. Bar/Restaurant - Food reasonable quality and fairly priced, however, it is simply not big enough to service the volume of people on the site and given that it is also open to the public, its a disaster from a service point of view. Getting a table in August would be your first hurdle, if you manage this, then getting served when you sit it at would be your next. Campsite just felt like they were trying to take as much profit as they can out of it without investing in some basics. It´s a real shame, it is in a stunning location, the facilites are there and with a little attention to detail and decent site management it could be a fantastic place to visit. I wouldnt tell anyone not to visit, but be prepared to find a few things not up to the price tag.

No vuelvo.

No me parece justo.
