The room was clean, however the staff was very unhelpful. We tried to buy drinks at the front (that were displayed) and were told we couldn't buy them because they weren't "in inventory yet?" whatever that means. We were looking forward to the indoor pool, but it was freezing cold. Not heated at all. It was the main reason we booked there. Also we asked for towels, and never received them. The elevator worked half the time....& overall 2/10. Not impressed but it was a clean place to lay down for the night. So there's that.

Horrible place nothing works and staff is nowhere to be found to help. Then they charge you double on accident! Staff is rude and not helpful and bugs throughout the hotel

We were disappointed at the hot tub, it did not work properly, their were no drinks available to purchase while at the hotel. ( sodas, water,snacks

The staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the stupid water saving toilet. Had to flush the damn thing 3 times to clear the bowl, every time you use it. The breakfast was good, and they have a decent little gym. I will stay here again if i have to come back to this area.

For the price we paid, it was clean enough. Definitely would have been unhappy with cleanliness had we paid more. Minor staining on bedding. Rip in wallpaper. Pool was over cholinated. Girl at front desk was personable and helpful

It was fine the cable TV did not work and apparently it was not working in a lot of rooms. I don’t think it was the hotels fault but when everyone complaining you need to fix it or get the cable company to fix it. Other than that the hotel was ok staff was very nice

It was clean, quiet and looked like the owners cared about travelers away from home. Bathroom was clean with enough towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Swimming pool didn't seem clean enough, water was a little murky. Hot tub wasn't very hot and jets didn't work.

This site is easy to get to from for any tournaments at the Clyde Hanner Sports Complex.

The hot tub and pool were super nice even though it was only 17 degrees outside. Friendly staff

The staff was great and super friendly but the hotel sits right next to the highway and that is all you hear in your room all night long is the highway noise. You can also hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next to you. The connecting rooms door had a huge gap underneath it that we could see the cleaning crew wheel the vacuum across the floor.

Our first room wasn’t cleaned and had been used. They put us in another nicer room. Very comfortable. Had all the amenities needed. They seem to be redoing the hotel. My only issues were all the street noise and the amount of light coming in the windows made it difficult to sleep well. The elevator doesn’t work, either.

Excellent stay did not gave 5 stars because the elevator wasn’t working and my room was on 4 th floor, some minor details on cleanliness of bedsheets. Highly recommend this place spite of these minor issues

Room was very clean and well organized. Bed was a little soft but comfortable. When you book/check in try to get room on backside of building!! I20 traffic is constant and noisy. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast layout and is fresh. Overall would definitely stay here again.
