No free breakfast, wow

The property upkeep was not equal to the charge. The carpet was dirty with spots. Around the tub was dirty. No tissues in the bathroom.

Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed through with the coffee. A lot of little thing but enough to make me never go there again.

The stay was ok. We were visiting to see family. But for the price, it was not very nice. The room smelled musty/bad. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The sheets looked old. But the bed was comfortable. The pool didn’t work. We weren’t going to swim but I can imagine it would be disappointing if you had kids.

Hotel was booked online inadvertently for the wrong night and I was told they would cancel the reservation and refund me the charge. I did rebook for the correct night and we stayed there. I have emailed the GM twice and have not received a reply. I’m happy to change this to a 5 star if someone would help me out.

Breakfast is alright. The rooms are okay. Everything is clean. It was a perfectly okay stay. The staff were great, dining was a great experience in terms of service and food quality. For the price of the stay per night, though, it was underwhelming. Not bad, I never had a bad experience.

The staff was very helpful. The building had issues with their key system and during my 4 day stay I never had a room key. They staff would have to let you in your room which meant I didn’t go out much because of the inconvenience. The website advertised an airport shuttle which is why I choose this hotel over the others and when I got to the airport I found out it had been discontinued some time ago. The “Suite Shop” where you would normally get a quick something to throw in the microwave after restaurant hours was not stocked at all. Not a single item was in the cooler. Lucky for me they had mac and cheese. The staff through it all was amazing. Never seemed bothered or burdened by needing to take you to your room or help with your bags.

The room key machine was broken, and staff had to escort guests to our rooms during our stay, every time we left the room. The machine had been down 5 days according to staff. That's really not acceptable. A problem is understandable, but 5 days? There were no security checks, staff just asked your room number and walked you there without confirming that is your room. Poor way to handle the situation.

This hotel just needs maintenance and better upkeeping - the door took 3 tries to open, the bathroom was dirty and the tub black, the showers temps were reversed, and in general everything just appears run down.
